UIN is a unique identifier of the ICQ client, in other words, the ICQ number. UINs can be 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 digits. As of today, you can only create a nine-digit UIN for free. All other formats are either occupied or sold.

Step 1
To register a new ICQ number, you need to go to the official website of this messenger: https://icq.com/ru.html. On the main page, find the "Register" link and click on it. On a new page that opens, you will be asked to register in the ICQ instant messaging system. To do this, you need to enter your last name and first name, gender, as well as a valid e-mail in the appropriate fields. You also need to come up with a password and confirm it, set the date of birth and enter the code from the picture. After the done actions, click "Register"
Step 2
Within five minutes, a notification containing a link will be sent to the e-mail specified during registration. Go to your email and find the confirmation email. Follow the link in the email to complete the registration of the new UIN. By clicking on the link, you will see the following inscription: "Now you can enter ICQ by" your e-mail "and with your password."
Step 3
Further, to find out the number of your new UIN, go to ICQ using any client (ICQ, Miranda, QIP, Mail.ru Agent, etc.) under your login (e-mail) and password. In the properties of the profile, you will see your UIN, consisting of nine digits. Now, to enter the ICQ network, you can use not only e-mail, but also the UIN identifier.
