Step 1
Optimize the operating system by disabling the QoS service. To do this, type msconfig in the search bar. Then, in the menu that appears on the screen, find the RSVP QoS service and disable it.
Step 2
Start the Group Policy applet. To this end, in the search box, type gpedit.msc, from the menu that appears, select Local Сomputer policy and go to Administrative templates. Then disable Bandwidth limit.
Step 3
Launch Device Manager and select Show Hidden Devices, then remove QoS.
Step 4
In the modem settings, depending on its modification, set the appropriate data: for ADSL - 1492, for Dual Up - 576.
Step 5
Configure FireWall by blocking pop-up ads, banners, and unnecessary images that slow down the loading speed of the resources being opened.
