Step 1
Typically, viral banner ads appear immediately after the operating system boots. There are many algorithms to disable such modules. First, try entering the code required to close the ad window. Step 2
Enter the information specified in the banner text in the specially designated fields. Click the Find Code or Get Code button. Substitute the combinations suggested by the resources in the banner field one by one.
Step 3
If you could not find the correct code, restart your computer and start the safe mode of the operating system. If the advertising banner does not appear after logging into the OS, open the "My Computer" menu and go to the list of directories of the system partition on the disk.
Step 4
Open the Windows folder and go to the System32 subdirectory. Set the sorting of files by type. Find dll files whose names include lib. Delete the found files.
Step 5
Download the Kaspersky WindowsUnlocker utility from the website https://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?qid=208641245. To do this, it is better to use another computer. Connect a USB drive to it and run the downloaded program. Create a multiboot flash drive using the step-by-step menu of the program.
Step 6
Connect this USB drive to the infected computer. Turn on your PC and hold down the F8 key. In the new window, select the USB-HDD item and press the Enter key. Wait for the Kaspersky WindowsUnlocker application to load. Run a computer scan and delete the files suggested by the utility.
