A good service for uploading large files is TurboBit.net. Without registration, you can upload files up to 200 MB, after registration - up to 100 GB. There is a limitation on file storage - a file is deleted if there has not been a single download for two months.

If you want to post a description of the movie with a link to the movie, upload some shots, give users the opportunity to leave comments, you cannot do without your own website. In this case, two options are possible: you place the films themselves on file hosting services, and on the site give only links to these files, and the option of placing the films directly on the site.

When placing films on a file hosting service, you can create a website on any free service. In the second case, you will need a hosting that provides the disk space and domain name you need.
