Your date of birth, your cat's name, your favorite music group, or your home phone number are far from the best options for a password. Ideally, you need a messy sequence of characters. At least 7-8 numbers and letters mixed.

The operation is familiar and does not require any special intellectual effort from you. Log in to the social network with your valid password. Find the menu in the upper left and click the "My Settings" button there.

A list of settings for your account will appear on the screen. Around the middle of the page, you can easily find a group with a common name: "Change Password". This is where a little attention is required from you.
First, in the "Old Password" field, carefully enter your current password.
Do not worry! You have done this many times. It might be a little sad. After all, if everything is done correctly, then this entry will be the last for the old password.
It is best to come up with some combination of letters and numbers that does not have any logic in it. You can use a small phrase that is easy for you to remember, but which does not make sense to a normal person.
In the next two fields, you will need to be very careful, without making mistakes, to type a new password. Twice in a row! The most time consuming operation in the entire procedure.
