Need to send out holiday invitations or important information to multiple people by email? Sending a letter to everyone is long and difficult. It is much easier to send one letter to several addresses.
Necessary
- - Computer with internet connection
- - Mail service or configured mail client on the computer
Instructions
Step 1
Go to your mail. It can be either an e-mail client installed on a computer or one of the free services - in this situation it does not matter at all, since the distribution scheme is the same for any option.
Step 2
Open the form for creating a new letter. Type your text. Make sure that the text is universal, suitable for sending to any of the addressees. Fill in the "Subject" field, if required - attach pictures, texts or other files.
Step 3
Open your address book. Find in it the recipients to whom you are going to send your letter and add them to the "To" line. Different systems and mail clients allow you to enter a different number of addresses, perhaps if there are many addressees, you will have to make several letters. If the addresses of those to whom you want to transfer information are not in your address book - enter these addresses in the line manually, separated by commas.
Step 4
Click on the "Send" button to send the letters. They may take a long time to send, especially if there are attached images or other files.
Step 5
After sending the letter, check the "Inbox" folder - if the letter has not been sent to any of the entered addresses, you will receive a notification about it. In this case, check if you entered the address correctly and, if necessary, repeat sending to this address, correcting it. If everything is entered correctly, and the letter does not go away, contact the addressee and ask him to clarify why this is happening. Do not use this method to send spam! Spam messages are calculated by filters and with a regular stream from your mailbox, you can be banned. Of course, if you do not break the rules, the ban can be removed, but this will require an investment of time and effort.
Step 6
If some of the emails are really not sent, check if you entered the correct address and, if necessary, repeat sending to this address, correcting it.
