Instructions
Step 1
Click the "Start" button to bring up the main menu and go to the "Control Panel" item to initiate the port opening procedure (for Windows 7).

Enter "firewall" in the search bar and select the "Windows Firewall" node (for Windows 7).

Select Security and go to Windows Firewall (for Windows Vista).

Select the Allow programs to run through Windows Firewall node and confirm your authority to carry out the operation by entering the computer administrator password in the appropriate field in the system prompt window that opens (for Windows Vista).
