Recently, there are more and more game CS-servers on the new 48 protocol. For this reason, almost all novice gamers who have decided to create their own cs-portal want to use this particular updated protocol. For this purpose, it is not necessary to have a huge store of knowledge in the gaming field, it is enough just to know a few basic principles for assembling servers.
It is necessary
- - server assembly on protocol 48;
- - additional mods (AMX, etc.);
- - broadband connection.
Instructions
Step 1
First, download the "clean" version of the CS 1.6 server assembly. Then choose what basis your server will be based on. Protocol 48 is the original version of the KS. Gamers with a licensed copy of the game are able to enter this kind of servers, this protocol allows you to enable a built-in protection system against dishonest players. 47/48 is a hybrid protocol that combines the capabilities of both server versions. Players using both the 47 and 48 protocols will be able to enter such a game portal. This framework is the most optimal, since most gamers use version 47.
Step 2
To create a hybrid server, download the Dropto plugin that allows gamers with any protocol to access the server (for example, follow this link https://hotstrike.kiev.ua/engine/download.php?id=768). After that, go to this directory X: / hlds / cstrike / addons, create a folder in it called dproto and copy the previously downloaded dproto.dll there. Copy dproto.cfg to the folder where hlds.exe is stored. After that, in the addons folder, open the plugins.ini file with a text editor and replace the text "; Enable this instead for binary logging; win32 addons / amxmodx / dlls / amxmodx_bl_mm.dll" with "win32 addons / dproto / dproto.dll".
Step 3
Do not forget to create an administrator login in order to manage the server directly during the game. To do this, go to amxmodx / configs and open the users.ini file with a text editor. Erase all the text that is presented in this file and enter the necessary data:
- "Login" "parol" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ak" (if the administrator record will be conducted by login);
- "192.168.1.2" " "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de" (the same, but by the IP address).
Step 4
After that, log into your server as an administrator: call the console and type setinfo_pw parol.
