Step 1
In your Stream personal account, you can find out the state of your personal account, replenish it, change the tariff plan, activate or deactivate various additional services. To enter your account, go to the website dom.mts.ru. In the upper right corner, find the command "Login to your Personal Account", use it. Enter your username and password, click "Login".
Step 2
In the menu of your personal account, you will see the available actions, and on the left side of the screen - a short menu. To find out the status of your personal account or the expense of funds, enter the "Account" section. In the "Payment" section, you can top up your account in various ways (using a plastic card, using a prepaid card, receive a receipt for payment through a bank), view the history of payments. Stream provides a bonus program in which you accumulate points with each payment, which you can then use to get a discount. This can be done in the "Accumulation of points" section.
Step 3
You can connect additional services (free mailbox, virtual mail server and others) in the "Additional services" section. To change the tariff plan, change the password to your personal account, connect other equipment, use the section "Internet access services". Home TV connection is controlled in the "TV Services" section.
Step 4
MTS offers Stream users its own antivirus, which comes in various configurations. You can buy it in the "MTS. Antivirus" section. The section "Settings and inquiries" contains information data and forms for applying for certain services (ordering an engineer to install equipment, transferring a channel, receiving the balance of a personal account by bank transfer, terminating an agreement, etc.), as well as a form for changing your contact data, password change.
Step 5
After finishing work in your personal account, be sure to end the session in the "Exit" section.
