Quite often, a PC user wants to keep his Internet searches private. Therefore, almost every browser provides the ability to delete history. In order to clear history, you need to follow these steps.
Instructions
Step 1
Google Chrome.
First, you need to open the program settings, to do this, click on the key logo located in the upper right corner next to the address bar field. Next, you need to select the "History" item. In the new page, click on the "Change items" button. In the window that opens, you can delete the selected items or completely clear the history by clicking on the corresponding buttons.
Step 2
Mozilla Firefox.
First, open the "Tools", it is in the top menu. Then select the link "Erase recent information". In the new window, by clicking on the "Details" arrow, click on the "Clear now" link.
Step 3
Internet Explorer.
Open the Security menu located in the top toolbar. Then select Delete Browsing History. You will see a window in which you need to select the items to be deleted. After checking these links, confirm the deletion by clicking on the "Delete" button.
Step 4
Opera.
Click on the "History" button (on the side tab). Next, you need to select the desired day of the week and click on the "Delete" icon. The entire history will be deleted irrevocably.
