The procedure for changing the start (home) page in the Google Chrome browser is not the most difficult task. It will be much more difficult to do this if the search engine or the start page changes after installing any software or downloading a file from the Internet.
Replacing the home page

The peculiarity of this search engine is that it cannot be simply removed from the browser, replacing it with any other. In order to remove it, you need to go to the "Start" menu and select "Run". Then the regedit command is entered in the search window and the "Registry Editor" is launched. With the help of the search form, which is called by the key combination Ctrl + F, a search is performed "By value" of Webalta (or any other similar search engine). All found fragments must be deleted, after which the home page and search engine must be replaced again.
