"Live Journal" is a site where users can keep their virtual diaries, create communities and participate in them, leaving notes and comments on the posts of other users.
Instructions
Step 1
In the "Live Journal" you can leave comments on user records, if the author of the post has not put a ban on them. If you post comments anonymously, you will not be able to link a photo to your post. Therefore, if you want your comment to be accompanied by a picture from your profile, you need to log into your account.
Step 2
Only authorized users can select a picture for a comment. Before leaving an entry under a post in LiveJournal, you need to log into your LiveJournal profile. To do this, type www.livejournal.com in the address bar of your Internet browser. At the top of the page, click on the sign "Login". Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button.
Step 3
After that, find the post in LiveJournal that you wanted to reply to, and click on the "Leave a comment" link or on a button with similar text, as it may differ depending on the design of a particular page in the "LiveJournal". A window for sending a comment will open in front of you. On the left you will see your main LiveJournal picture. To change it, click on the photo to the left of the comment field. A window with all the pictures that you previously uploaded to your Live Journal account will open in front of you. Click on the desired photo with the left mouse button. After that, write a comment in the field on the right and click the "Leave a comment" button. Next to your post will be your chosen photo.
Step 4
You can also attach a photo that has not been previously uploaded to a comment. To do this, in the form of sending a comment, click on your main picture and at the bottom of the window that opens, click on the link "Manage userpics". The "Edit Userpics" page will open in a new tab. Upload a new photo from your computer or from the internet. In the first case, at the top left of the page, select the "From file" option and click the "Select file" button. In the window that opens, select the desired photo and click "Open". If you want to download a photo from the Internet, select the function "From the network" and in the field next to this option write the email address of the desired picture. Please note that the new userpic should be no more than 100 pixels in length and width and should not exceed 40KB. At the bottom left of the page, click the "Download" button. Refresh the page with the entry in the "LiveJournal" where you would like to leave a comment and select the photo you need, as described above.
