The Mail.ru Agent program is small, but quite convenient in terms of communication. With it, you can always stay in touch with your friends, without even going to the main page of the site. After all, "Mail.ru Agent", despite its compactness, supports all the main functions of the site, allowing you to change not only the statuses and settings, but also the avatar (personal photo).

Instructions
Step 1
Adding a photo to "Mail.ru Agent" is a matter of minutes. But to do this, you first need to go to the main page of the project. Once on the "home" page mail.ru, you need to go to your mail. To enter the "box" enter your username and password. Please note: when entering a login, only the first part of the "name" of the mailbox is indicated, without the "name" of the domain, before the sign "doggy" @. Be careful when typing a password. In case of an error, you will have to try again. After specifying the necessary details of your account, select the "Login" option.

On the main page of your mailbox, where all its data (incoming, sent messages, trash and spam) are displayed, find the "More" item on the top field. Click on it and select the "Settings" option for further work.

To make changes to your profile on the newly opened page, in the left column, select the "Personal data" section, it stores all the information you specify that you and other site users see. Follow this link to the page for changing your personal information. In the section "Personal data" - it will open immediately after the transition - under the image of the photo will appear the inscription "Add / change photo". Click on it with the left mouse button to make changes.

On the next page, you will be prompted to “Set up your main photo”. This can be done in several ways. The photo can be “taken out” from the computer, “pulled out” from the Internet, and also downloaded from the webcam or from the “Photos with me” folder. Your further actions will slightly differ depending on the use of the "source" of the desired image.

If the photo you want to "set" as an avatar is stored on your computer, select "File" and click the "Browse" button. Next, you have to find the location of the photo and select the required "picture". Please note that only images in supported formats png, jpeg (jpg), bmp, tiff,

If you want to download a photo from an Internet source, select the URL item in the “menu” of the page. In a new window, open the desired page of the site, right-click on the image and select the option "Copy link to image". Go back to your profile and paste the link in the URL field. This can be done either by right-clicking on the "Paste" item, or by simultaneously pressing the Ctrl and V keys.
Step 7
You can also upload a photo from a webcam. In this case, select this item, allow access to the camera, then take a picture. Or select an image from the "Photos with me" folder
