Open the Filezilla program. First, you need to make some settings. Click "File", then "host manager". Press "new host", and write the name of your site. On the right, in the host field, enter the IP address that you received after registering with the hosting. Step 2
Now let's pay attention to the interface. There are two windows on the left, and two on the right. The window on the left is responsible for the directories and folders of your site, which is located on the computer. On the left will be the folders of the remote host. Open the "public" folder (public_html), which is located on the remote computer. After that, select the folders and files of your site, and right-click. We select the item "upload to server". We are waiting for the end of copying files to the hosting.

If there is a need, the transfer of the database is given, then on the hosting in the section "MySQL" create a database. We create a user and bind it to the database. After that, on the local server, select the database that was created for the site. We mark all tables and press export. We save it on the computer in "zip" format.
