A description of a site or forum can be a good topic for a blog post. However, the information will be incomplete if the message does not include an active hyperlink to the resource. At the same time, the reader will have a much more favorable impression of the article if the link is not given in direct form, but encrypted in the form of a picture or a piece of text.
Instructions
Step 1
Text encryption is the most common way to publish a link. Before you start, set your blog to HTML-editing mode. The simplest insert formula looks like this: Your text. Copy and paste it into the text of the message, replacing the corresponding fields with the site address and the cipher word.
Step 2
You can embellish the link a little, for example, display a comment when you hover over it. The code of such a link will look like this: text Please note that the published link will open in a new window. If you do not need this, remove the corresponding tag.
Step 3
As already mentioned, a picture can also serve as a link. HTML-tags in this case will be formatted as follows: The picture must be published on the Internet. You can also use a button picture, including text, as a graphic file. As you can see, the tag uses both a pop-up comment and opening in a new window. To make the link open in the same window and without a prompt, remove the tags target = blank and title== "Explanatory text">.
Step 4
Text links, decorated with all kinds of decorative elements, also look impressive. For example, a link with the following format will be missing an underline. Instead, the link text will be reddish-brown and a two-pixel dark blue border will appear around it: Your Text Change the text and border colors according to your taste and blog design (on a dark background, light text and border colors are preferred), change the thickness frames and the distance from letters to it.
