When working on the Internet, many users are faced with the problem of accessing certain sites. When you try to open them, a page appears with information that the site is blocked. There are several options for this behavior.
As a rule, antivirus activity is one of the most common reasons for blocking websites. The program restricts access to those resources that have been entered into its database as posing a threat. This happens when viruses or download links of infected objects are found on sites. Some antiviruses also block those Internet resources that distribute stolen keys for programs. When you try to open one of the blocked sites in a web browser, a page with a warning about a threat to the user's computer will open instead. Sometimes sites are added to the database, blocked by mistake, or with the elimination of problems on them, they are not promptly removed from the database. If you are sure that the site does not endanger your system, you can add it to the trusted list in your antivirus program. For example, in NOD32, you need to open the settings and select "Advanced mode" -> "Internet access protection" -> "Configure" -> "Internet access protection" -> HTTP HTTPS -> "Address management". In the appropriate field, enter the site address, enclosing it on both sides with asterisks. If you use the Yandex search engine, sites can be blocked on its initiative. Resources where potentially dangerous objects have been detected are marked with a corresponding line on the search results page. When you click on a link to the site, a warning about its potential danger appears. If you still want to go to the page, click on the corresponding link. In some cases, the Internet provider may block access to sites containing materials recognized as extremist by a court decision. In this case, when you go to its address, a page with a corresponding warning will be opened. You can get acquainted with the list of prohibited materials at the link
