Install the software to create a local server on your computer. After installing the software, proceed to create the server. Enter your local network IP and use it as the main server address. Come up with a username and password for entering at your discretion. Start the game on your computer, the server for which you are creating. Go to multiplayer or multiplayer mode and enter your server address settings.
