You can configure them in such a way that they stop appearing, or that their subject line corresponds to the desired one, through the SIM-menu.

Step 1
The MTS operator calls this service "MTS News". By default (that is, immediately after purchasing a SIM card) it is disabled and if messages appear, it means that either you yourself or one of your children, friends, colleagues, etc. have activated it. In order to disable it, first of all, find the item in the menu structure of your phone that allows you to enter the SIM card menu. In it, find the item "MTS services", and then - "MTS News". Turn on the channels you need and turn off the ones you don't need. Or, if you wish, disable the service completely using the USSD command * 111 * 1212 * 2 #.
Step 2
If you are a Beeline subscriber, then this service, which this mobile operator calls "Chameleon", is connected by default when you buy a SIM card. Go to the SIM-menu, select the item "INFOchannels", in it - the sub-item "Themes", then enable and disable themes to your liking. To deactivate the service completely, dial the USSD command * 110 * 20 #.
Step 3
For Megafon subscribers, this service is available under the name "Kaleidoscope". In order to configure the list of enabled and disabled themes, find the item "Kaleidoscope" in the SIM-menu of the phone, and in it - the sub-item "Subscription", then turn the themes on and off. In order to completely disable the service, sequentially use the items of the SIM-menu "Kaleidoscope" -> "Settings" -> "Broadcasting" -> "Disable".
Step 4
If you decide to disable the service incompletely, remember that viewing the beginning of a message is always free, but ordering a continuation can be either paid or free. Its price is indicated directly in the first message. As a general rule, for MTS and Beeline, the continuation order is paid, unless otherwise indicated, and for Megafon, it is free, unless otherwise indicated. But remember, there may be exceptions. Ordering a sequel for entertainment messages is almost certainly a paid order. Content downloads are charged according to the tariff plan and if you are going to carry it out, be sure to choose an access point (APN) intended for the Internet, not WAP. In roaming, any order of continuation can be paid and very expensive, without exception, downloading content from the links sent (regardless of the selected access point) will also have a significant cost.
Step 5
If a child uses the phone, be sure to completely disable any of the services described above on that phone. The child may not be able to figure out if a continuation order is paid or not and quickly use up the phone balance. In addition, some of the messages may be obscene.
