Web banners are an element of graphic advertising on the Internet that leads users to the desired page. Due to their attractiveness and difference from other types of links, such images can attract a large number of visitors.
Necessary
- - website;
- - photoshop;
- - knowledge of html.
Instructions
Step 1
Place banners on your own website. Let's say you have a large portal of car enthusiasts. The car manufacturer contacts you and offers to place a picture that leads to a profitable purchase offer. You put the necessary graphic element, you get money, and the manufacturer gets interested users.
Step 2
However, finding advertisers can be difficult at times. Besides, in addition to graphic advertising, some companies prefer contextual or even teaser advertising. As a rule, banners are bought only by large companies, and on really promoted resources. There are exceptions, though.
Step 3
Find advertisers on special exchanges. The largest site in this segment is the Rotaban project. You just need to register, add your site, indicate the necessary placement conditions (banner size, location, cost), site statistics and wait for offers. You can also send applications yourself.
Step 4
Make money on banners by making them. If you have design experience and are ready to take such orders, start your career as a freelancer, because there is a demand for such services, and it is quite large. In the beginning, however, you will have to develop a portfolio with small clients or create one yourself.
Step 5
Register on freelance sites and forums for webmasters, fill out a profile, post examples of work and prices. Some customers will contact you directly, while others will simply leave job offers. Send applications, offer the customer favorable conditions and attach examples. If all goes well, you will have permanent employers in a couple of months.
Step 6
Get involved in traffic arbitrage. This word suggests risk-free operations, but this method is fraught with the likelihood of complete failure. The bottom line is that you will not make money on your own goods, but on someone else's.
Step 7
Let's say a company sells cookbooks and offers an affiliate program. If a person follows your link and places an order, you will receive 100 rubles. You can simply buy a banner placement on some culinary resource, thus collecting visitors for an affiliate program. Let's say you spent 5,000 rubles on placement, and 70 people bought the book using your link. The profit was 2000 rubles (7000-5000).
