A cmdlet is a Windows PowerShell command for working with objects. Get-RemovedMailbox allows you to view deleted and recoverable Outlook mailboxes. However, to "reanimate" a mailbox in this way, there are the following restrictions: the mailbox must be deleted no more than 30 days ago, and it must be deleted using the same Get-RemovedMailbox.
