If you want to play with friends over the network, send some files or download important documents from a colleague without using standard Internet tools, then using special programs between your computers, you can create a local network that works over the Internet. The most popular utility for creating such a network is Hamachi.
Necessary
Hamachi
Instructions
Step 1
First, download the Hamachi program. The download link for the application is located directly on its official website at https://secure.logmein.com/RU/home.aspx. Hamachi is distributed in two versions - paid and free. The paid version imposes a limit on the number of computers that can connect to the created local network. But since this limitation allows you to connect up to 16 computers, the free version may well be used at home, as well as in small businesses. After downloading, install the program and run it on your computer
Step 2
Immediately after starting Hamachi, a dialog box will open in which you will need to enter a unique client name (Login). As a login, you can choose any set of letters or a word, provided that it is free. Having come up with and writing the name of the client, proceed to create a new local network. To do this, click on the "Create a new network" button. After clicking this button, another dialog box will open, in the fields of which you will need to enter the network ID and password to ensure security. Only those who plan to connect to the created local network via the Internet should know the network ID and password. Then click the "Create" button. The local network is ready to use.
Step 3
To connect other computers to this network, install the Hamachi utility on each of them, run it and click the "Enable" button. Using the method described in the previous step, assign a unique login to each new Hamachi user. To connect to a previously created and known local network, click on the "Join an existing network" button. Enter the network ID and password in the dialog box. The connection to the local network via the Internet is ready.
