First of all, keep in mind that in no case should you follow the instructions written on this banner. As a rule, it says that in order to get rid of this window, you need to send an SMS message for a certain fee. However, this action will not save you from the unpleasant picture, but will only remove a certain amount from your phone bill.
Step 2
Such a banner is an ordinary library file of the.dll type. Accordingly, it is located in the system32 directory. That is, to get rid of this type of spam, try to determine exactly where it is located, and then delete it from your computer.
Step 3
Launch the Internet Explorer browser, open the "Tools" menu in it. Find add-on management in it. Next, you should look for a new add-on there, which, in fact, will be the spam that you want to remove. The names of these add-ins can be completely different, but in most cases this file is named with a word similar to *** Lib.dll. Where the asterisks are, a variety of symbols can be located. Perhaps there are several such files. Then you should write down all their names.
Step 4
Next, open the "Start" menu and run a search there by entering one of these names in the field. In this case, be sure to specify the command-permission to search in system folders in the additional search parameters. To do this, in the desired item, you just need to check the box. After the system finds all the files, be sure to delete them, making sure that none of them remain in the folders of your computer, and restart the browser.

Keep in mind in the future that you need to be extremely careful when opening various pop-up windows. If you accidentally or intentionally put a check mark in a certain place of such a window, then an unpleasant banner will appear on the screen again.
