It is not necessary to unplug the power cord to block Internet access. You can simply prevent the user from launching browsers, for example, the so-called "fire fox" or Mozilla Firefox.
Necessary
Winlock program
Instructions
Step 1
After launching the Winlock program will immediately appear in the tray. Find it there, right-click on its icon and select "Open Winlock" in the list that opens. Or just press F11 on your keyboard. The program window will open. Select the "Access" tab and click on "Programs". Then you can do it in two ways.
Step 2
First, in the drop-down menu above the list, select "Block by name". Click the "Add" button, a new window will appear in which you will be asked to specify information about the blocked program, in your case - Mozilla Firefox. Click on "Browse", select the browser exe file and click "Open". Now click the Add and Close buttons. As you can see, the exe-file of the Firefox program appeared in the list, check the box next to it. Next, a series of actions will follow, which are the same for both the first and the second method, and therefore will be described in the fourth step of the instruction.
Step 3
Second - in the drop-down menu, which is located above the list, select "Block by information". Click the "Add" button, then "Browse", enter "firefox" in the input field and click "Add" and "Close". Check the box next to "firefox".
Step 4
Click OK. A new window will appear in which you will be asked to enter a password and confirm it. Enter them. To prevent the installed protection from being removed using a banal reboot, go to the "Settings" tab and check the box next to "Save password in the settings profile". Click OK.
Step 5
Now if you click on the program icon in the tray and select the "Exit Winlock" item, the utility will ask for a password. When you try to launch the Mozilla browser, its window will appear for a split second and then disappear. And when you restart or turn on the computer, the program will automatically appear in the tray.
