This means that the recipient of the photo must be at the computer at the time of transmission, his ICQ client must be connected to the network, and he must press the button to confirm the receipt of the file. And, for example, in the QIP messenger, your photo will be uploaded to the intermediate storage, and a link to its storage location will be sent to the recipient. Use an image storage service. This method of transmission is especially convenient if you need to send a photo to a whole group of recipients. The use of such a service, as a rule, does not require any registration. For example, go to the site https://jpegshare.net and immediately click the Browse button, locate the photo file on your computer, click Open, and then click the Let's Go! button. The service will upload your photo to its storage, create a preview picture for it and give you a set of links that can be inserted into various forums, blogs, etc. You can also send the link using e-mail, messenger, SMS or just write it on paper.
