Instructions
Step 1
Open Opera. If the main menu is missing, click on the button with the Opera symbol in the upper left corner of the program and select "Show menu". Click the menu item "Tools" - "Advanced" - "Blocked content".
Step 2
The lock settings window will appear. To include any site in the list of objectionable ones, click on the "Add" button, which is located in the upper right corner of the window. An input field will appear in the Blocked Sites field, prompting you to enter the domain name.

In order to edit the information, select the required line and click on the "Edit" button. If you need to remove any domain from the banned list, select it and click on "Remove". It's worth mentioning that the Delete key will not work in this particular case. As you have noticed, this window does not have OK, Apply, etc. buttons, so the changes take effect immediately after they are made. To leave the lock settings window, press "Close" or Esc on your keyboard.
Step 4
By clicking on the "Blocked Sites" button several times, you can rank the names of the banned domains alphabetically. In addition, if there are so many prohibited domains, pages or objects that they do not fit in the space provided for them, you can use the search - the input field is located at the top of the window. Search works in a similar way to Google: you enter text, and the system displays the appropriate results using the exclusion method. For example, if you write "y", the search results will show all domains whose names begin with that letter.
Step 5
In addition, you can block certain content on the site. To do this, open the required page, click in any free space on it with the right mouse button and select "Block content" in the menu that appears. Now, with the left mouse button, indicate those objects that you want to prohibit viewing. To save the changes, click on the "Finish" button, which is located in the upper right part of the program.
