The workbench in Minecraft is a must-have thing. It is on it that weapons, armor, useful items, parts of mechanisms are created. The workbench is the first thing to create when starting the game.
Instructions
Step 1
You spawn at a random point in the newly created cube world. You have nothing in your inventory. Time is moving inexorably forward. The day will end, night will come, and many aggressive monsters will go hunting. For the remaining time, you need to provide yourself with a kind of shelter, useful tools, and it would be nice to get food. But first of all, you need to make a workbench.
Step 2
Look around, find a hill or mountain with trees. Next to them, you need to arrange the first shelter. Trees - will serve as a source of important resources, without which it is impossible to survive. Wood from them can be mined with bare hands. This is what must be done in the first place.
Step 3
Go to the selected tree, move the crosshairs of the "sight" to one of the blocks of its trunk and hold down the left mouse button. After a few seconds, the selected block will disappear, and a block of wood will appear in your inventory. In principle, it is enough to create a workbench, but it is better to get some more, because it is from wood that you will create your first tools.
Step 4
Open your inventory. To the right of your character's image are four crafting slots. Place the mined wood in any slot. Remove the resulting boards from the rightmost cell, where the crafting result is displayed. Place two boards on top of each other: you will receive sticks, which are needed to create torches, a pickaxe, and other useful things.
Step 5
Now place four boards in four spaces. This will give you a workbench. The workbench is needed to create most of the tools in the game. Place it on the ground. The picture below shows the schemes for creating all the necessary tools. Iron ingots can be replaced with planks. Make an ax and chop up more wood, from it you can make the first house that will protect you from monsters at night.
