Step 1
The Internet connection is the same on almost all types of models, there simply may be different data to fill in the information. First, turn on the Internet and type the address in the address bar of your browser: https://192.168.1.1. This is a standard operation. A document will simply open in the browser, in which you will need to fill in all the data. After that, a new page will appear, which will prompt you to enter your username and password. Enter the login for access: "admin", and the password is also "admin", and now click the "OK" button. After downloading you will have another window. Then go to the "Maintenance" tab and select the "Firmware" column

Then a new window will appear and in the line "New Romfile Location:" you will need to specify the path to the rom-0 configuration file, which is located on the CD-ROM. Such a disk is always attached to the modem. Type d: Bridge
om-0 ("d:" is the name of the CD-drive; if you have a different name for the drive, enter the designation you need). Then click on the "Upgrade" button. Now wait for the file to download and for the modem to reboot. Next, you need to check the installed configuration. To do this, go to the menu and select the "Interface Setup" parameter, and then "Internet".

Now make sure the modem is properly connected to your computer. To do this, go to the "Interface Setup" tab. And in the "Username:" field, enter the username that you were given (like pppXXXXXXX @ mtu), and in the "Password:" field, enter your password. To enter guest access, you need to use login: guest @ mtu and password: mtu, and click "SAVE". Now your mod is configured. If any difficulties arise in the work, then completely delete all parameters and reinstall.
