It is completely unnecessary to buy expensive graphic editors or contact specialists if you need to create your own banner. The simplest free graphic editors, for example, MS Paint, are quite enough.

a computer with the graphic editor Paint installed
Instructions
Step 1
Open the Paint graphic editor on your computer. Reformat the size of the workspace so that it is identical to the size of your banner (to do this, in the Image section, select the Attribute line and set the width to 468 and the height to 60 pixels).
Step 2
Create a background for your banner. Select the Paint Bucket tool and a fill color from the menu that appears.
Step 3
Add a picture to your banner. You can select a picture saved on your computer or find a new one on the Internet by pasting it using the clipboard. Adjust the size of the picture. You can stretch it to fit the banner size (468x60), half the banner (234x60) or quarter (117x60).
Step 4
Copy and paste the picture into your banner. Click on the picture with the left mouse button and drag the picture to the desired area of the banner.
Step 5
Add a test to your banner. Use the "Text" tool in the Paint toolbar for this. Adjust the position of the text with the left mouse button holding the text field and moving it along the banner.
Step 6
Then save the drawing on your computer. The banner is ready.
