Everyone can forget the password for their e-mail. However, it is possible to restore it. It all depends on how complete and correct you entered information about yourself when registering your mailbox. This can take from a couple of minutes to several days.
Instructions
Step 1
If your browser is Mozilla Firefox, this is the easiest to do. To do this, go to the "Tools" menu, then "Settings", "Security" and "Saved Passwords". In the next window, all passwords will be displayed, and you can find the one you need. But this is only if the password was saved by the browser.
Step 2
In the case of the Safari and Internet Explorer browsers, you need to go to the mail server, and then enter the login from your e-mail in the required field. Click under the form to enter data or to the right of it on the button "Forgot", "Forgot password" or "No access to account", and then on "Next".

If you entered a secret question during registration, when prompted by the system, enter the answer to it in the appropriate field, and then click on the "Next" button.

If your answer is correct, you will be immediately prompted to change your password. If the answer to the secret question you answered incorrectly, then enter some additional information, such as: the mobile phone number indicated during registration, another e-mail box that is registered to you, or otherwise.
Step 5
If you did not specify such information or has already lost its relevance (changed the mobile phone number, for example), write a letter to the site's support service with a request to recover the password. For this, fill out the established application form.
Step 6
However, please note that the support team will not answer you immediately. You will have to wait about 3-5 business days. If you receive a refusal to restore your lost access to your account (in case, for example, lack of information), you can try to write a letter again, entering as much as possible any data that was associated with the activity on your e-mail box. For example, these can be the dates of sending letters, the approximate date of registration of your email address, contacts saved in the address book, and so on.
Step 7
If the data you specified during the registration process correspond to the passport data, you can attach to the letter you send a scan of the corresponding pages of your passport, driver's license or other documents proving your identity.
