Music has inspired people at all times, was one of the greatest joys in their lives. Previously, in order to enjoy it, it was imperative to be near the sound source, be it a person or a musical instrument. But progress does not stand still, and today you can even send music by mail, and without leaving your home.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to send music by e-mail, you will need to create a mailbox (if, of course, you don't already have one). Type mail.ru in the address bar of your browser and register on the site.
Step 2
Go to your mailbox by entering your username and password, and then select the "Write a letter" item in the menu. You will see a standard form for creating messages, where there are columns "To", "Subject" and a field for text. Between the "Subject" and the text of the letter, you will find a button with the name "Attach a file" - click on it.
Step 3
A window will open for you to select the attached file. Find the desired song and double-click on it with the left mouse button. Wait until the download process is completed (you can find out about its completion by the green checkmark that appears opposite the name of the attached file). Send a letter. By the way, it is not at all necessary to write anything in the message.
Step 4
If you need to send more than one composition, but you do not want to download each of them separately, use the file download service provided by mail.ru. The person to whom the music is intended will be able to download it from the site. By the way, this is very convenient in cases where the file size is large, since you can send by standard letter only compositions with a size not exceeding thirty megabytes.
Step 5
Before sending large files, you can archive them. However, be aware that when compressed, the sound quality of songs will be significantly degraded.
Step 6
If you are going to share with someone the complete discography of a prolific performer or send a recording of an eight-hour opera over the Internet, use the special file storages that are created for the exchange of information. But keep in mind that you are unlikely to succeed if the Internet speed is not high enough.
