Email users may face the problem of recovering a deleted mailbox. This can be done both independently and using the e-mail administration. The algorithm of actions in this situation depends on the mail service system and on the time that has passed since the mailbox was deleted.

Step 1
To restore your mailbox, please log into your account. To do this, enter your username and password. After that, the system will prompt you to press the "Restore" or "Unblock" button. Access to your mailbox will be open to you, but all the information stored in it will not be saved. This option for restoring a mailbox is relevant if it has been blocked by the administration because it has not been used for a certain time.
Step 2
In the event that the mailbox was deleted by you, or third parties who have a password from it, write a request to the name of the administration or to the user support service. Perhaps, in order to restore the mailbox, you will be prompted to enter the login and password of the old mailbox. This method is relevant if no more than 30 days have passed since the mailbox was deleted.
Step 3
If you delete a mailbox along with your account, the mailbox cannot be restored. In this case, create a new account with the same name. If during registration you find that the name is taken by another user, then create a mailbox with a new username. If the login of the old mailbox is very dear to you, then try to contact its owner and ask him to provide you with his account.
Step 4
If you want to recover an Outlook mailbox that was deleted using the Get-RemovedMailbox cmdlet, use the same Windows PowerShell command. A mailbox can be restored using this method only if no more than 30 days have passed since its deletion.
Step 5
Many e-mail services cannot give a 100% guarantee that a deleted mailbox will be restored, especially if a sufficiently long time has passed since its deletion. Therefore, before deleting your box, consider whether it is worth doing.
