If you have forgotten or lost the password for your Yandex mailbox, you should not be upset right away. The procedure for restoring it is quite simple, the main thing is that you have access to the mailbox to which the account is registered in the service.
Instructions
Step 1
Follow the link mail.yandex.ru and click "Forgot password".
Step 2
In the password recovery form that opens, enter the login or the full e-mail under which the mail account was registered and the symbols from the picture. Click "Next".

On the next page, depending on how you registered your mailbox, you will be offered 3 options, thanks to which you can restore it:
- enter the mobile phone number associated with this account, and then enter the code that will be sent by sms;
-Answer a secret question (for example, the mother's maiden name, the nickname of a beloved friend, etc.);
- enter another mailbox that was specified when registering this mailbox. An activation letter will be sent to it, containing a link that will need to be clicked, thereby being able to set a new password for the mailbox.
Step 4
Then enter the numbers from the picture and click "Next".
Step 5
On the next page, enter a new password 2 times in each form and click "Finish".
