Step 1
Open the main menu using the "Start" button, then go to "Control Panel", then "System" and "Remote Access". To give remote access to your computer, enable the option to allow remote assistance connections as well as remote desktop. Next, on both computers, open Windows Remote Assistance. To log into a remote computer, in the program window, click on it "Invite someone you trust to provide assistance." Then there are three options: save the invitation to a file, send it by email or using Easy Connect. In the first case, an invitation file will be created - it must be transferred to the computer from which they will log in. The second option is to send this file by email. In the third case, sending a file using the Easy Connect service is used. Choose one of the options. On the screen, enter the password to allow access to the computer through.
Step 2
Make sure the caller received the invitation and launched it. Enter the password, and if Easy Connect was used, the prompt will appear without files. Next, click the "Request control" option and a request will appear on the computer to which you want to give remote access to allow the assistant to control the desktop. Confirm the request so that the assistant can access the remote computer. Wait until the connection is established and confirm the connection.
Step 3
Download Ammyy Admin software. It is convenient and easy to use. Run it on both computers, on the remote computer select the "Client" tab and select "Run". Next, you will be given an identification number. On another computer, click the "Operator" tab - enter the client's ID there (the numbers will be remembered for the future) and click the "Connect" button. Next, the desktop will be launched, with which you will gain access to the computer via the Internet.
