If the size of the presentation exceeds the maximum size for sending, use the capabilities of file exchangers. Archive your presentation by setting a password on the Advanced tab. One of the most convenient file sharing services is Ifolder. Go to its main page and then click on the "Browse" button. Select the archive with the file and click on OK. Then click on the "Download" button. Wait until the file is downloaded, then set another password if necessary. Copy the link to download the archive, then paste it into the body of the letter and send to the addressee.

You can also use Office's capabilities to compress content used in your presentation and then submit. This will reduce the size of your presentation and make it easier to send and view. Run the presentation, then click on the "File" tab, then "Details" and in the "Media file size and performance" section, click on the "Compress media files" button. Choose the quality you want from three options - Presentation Quality, Web Quality, and Low Quality - where “Low Quality” will provide the best compression ratio. After that, click on the "File" menu, then "Save and send", and then - "Send by e-mail". You will see a new letter created using the mail client installed on your computer.
