Be extremely careful when following links from emails and private messages on social networks. There is a possibility that the link leads to a fraudulent site. Look carefully at the link address - such sites are disguised as well-known and popular resources and have a similar domain name. If you are going to enter some confidential information (for example, when making a purchase in an online store, you fill out a payment form), be sure to pay attention to the beginning of the site address: it must start with https, which means that your data is transmitted in encrypted form.

Install the WOT (Web of trust) extension for your browser. After installation, an icon will appear on the browser panel, signaling the rating of other users' trust in this resource. If the icon is orange or, even worse, red, then immediately leave this site and in no case enter any data.
