Instructions

Step 1

Go to the website of the President of the Russian Federation, which is located at: https:// appeals.president.rf/, or to the website of the Presidential Administration: https://www.kremlin.ru/. If you are using the second link, go from the main page of the site to the "Appeals" tab.

Step 2

Review the information provided on the page containing the requirements for the design of an e-mail to the President. Choose in what form you would like to receive a response from the President: in writing or in electronic form.

Step 3

Fill out the proposed questionnaire before sending the letter. Provide accurate information about your personal data: full name, email address, phone number, social status. Select a country group from the drop-down list, followed by your country and the region where you live. Please include your exact mailing address if you chose to answer in writing.

Step 4

Mark the addressee of your letter. In the proposed form, there are two of them: the President of the Russian Federation and the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

Step 5

Fill in the contact field. Observe the specified requirements for writing a letter to the President in electronic form: the message should not contain more than 2000 characters. Provide verified facts with accurate dates, and try to keep the information clear, concise, and accurate.

Step 6

Highlight the question or questions that interest you. They should be specific and understandable.

Step 7

Attach additional documents to your letter, if necessary. These can be files in the following formats: txt, doc, rtf, xls, pps, ppt, pdf, jpg, bmp, png, tif, gif, pcx, mp3, wma, avi, mp4, mkv, wmv, mov, flv, up to 5 MB. The list of these formats is also indicated at the bottom of the page for writing a letter to the President. Click the "Attach file" button and select the desired document (photo, diagram, drawing, diagram, video file, sound file, etc.) from your computer.

Step 8

You can apply in the same letter on the second question in a separate field by checking the box “Apply in the same letter on another issue”. After selecting this item, another form for writing a letter will appear, with the same requirements and conditions as in the previous case. There is no need to fill out a questionnaire with personal data a second time.

Step 9

Click the red button "Send a letter", located at the bottom of the page, after you have filled in all the required fields of the message.
