Step 1
If your apartment (house) has a city telephone line (only from Rostelecom), most likely you will be able to connect to the Domolink network. To make sure that this is possible, go to the company's website at www.domolink.ru and select your region on the interactive map or in the "Service provision area" section.
Step 2
To apply for connection, go to the "Connect" section and fill out the electronic application form. In addition, you can make a request by phone, indicated at the top of the page, or contact your nearest Domolink sales office. You can see the addresses of the offices on the website or ask the operator by phone.
Step 3
If you already have the necessary network equipment (the requirements for it can be found on the website in the "Internet" section), you just need to buy a package of services in order to connect to the network in a few minutes. You can pay for the provider's services either via SMS or with a bank card directly on the company's website.
Step 4
If you do not have a home phone, you can apply for a cable connection. In this case, it will be enough for you to have a network card installed on your computer. All modern laptops and the vast majority of stationary computers are equipped with this device. However, if you need to provide network access to multiple computers in your home, you will need to buy a network switch or router.
Step 5
Having made an application, you will need to pay for the provider's services according to the selected tariff and wait for the arrival of a specialist who will lead a cable to your house and set up a computer to access the network. In the future, you will be required to pay a monthly subscription fee for using the services of Domolink.
