People who fundamentally want to distinguish between their personal and business lives, have different phone numbers and email addresses: some are intended for loved ones, others for work contacts. However, it is not very convenient to check different mailboxes. It is much easier to create contact groups in one email and add your friends to it.

Step 2

Look at the senders of the letters you've been getting lately. Make a mental note of the contacts you would not like to lose. Think about what groups of acquaintances you could divide these people into.

Step 3

While on the page of your e-mail box, click on the “Addresses” icon, which is located on the top toolbar of the box. Your address book is empty. You can add contacts to it, creating a general list, or immediately divide friends into groups. If you need a classification, click "Add Group" in the upper right corner of the screen. In the field that opens, delete the working title "New group # 1" and enter the name you need there, for example, "Relatives". Click on the "Change Name" button. Create as many groups as you see fit.

Step 4

Start adding contacts to groups. Go to the list of received messages. Check the box for those letters, whose senders you want to save in the address book. When the selection is complete and the checkboxes are placed, click the "More" button, which is located on the top menu of the mailbox. In the list of functions that opens, select the "Add to addresses" column.

Step 5

You can also add a friend's address to the address book manually, if he has not sent you emails yet. To do this, go to the "Addresses" section and find the "Quick Add" column. Enter your friend's email address and nickname in the appropriate fields. If necessary, expand the contact information by writing down the last name, first name, and telephone number. Click OK. Your friend has now been added to the address book.

Step 6

To distribute friends into groups, open the groups one by one, and in the list of contacts that appears (the entire address book), select the appropriate ones by checking the boxes next to their addresses. At the end of the selection press "Move" and "OK".
