Step 1
Run the application, log in and wait for the program window to appear. Before talking about how to search for correspondence, it is necessary to note a few points. First, dialogs with other users can only be accessed if the appropriate settings are selected. Secondly, the correspondence had to take place from the computer you are currently using.
Step 2
To check the settings, click the wrench and screwdriver button in the main application window. A new window will open. On the left side, select the "History" item and make sure that in the "Recording options" section the marker is set opposite the item "Save message history". If necessary, you can check the additional items "Save message history for contacts" Not in the list "and / or" Save service messages ".
Step 3
In the "Recent messages" section, you can configure settings for messages that are displayed in the window of a particular contact. The "Paths" section is used to select the directory in which the history of correspondence will be saved. Specify your own folder or leave the default path. After making all the necessary changes, click the OK button for the new settings to take effect and close the window.
Step 4
To open the history, in the main window of the program, click on the button in the form of a calendar page. If you cannot make out what is shown on the buttons, hold the mouse cursor for a few seconds on the button you are interested in until a hint appears, in this case the inscription "History". By clicking on the button, you will bring up a new window.
Step 5
The entire list of contacts is displayed on the left side of the window. Left-click on the contact you need. All dialogs that you conducted with the selected user will be displayed on the right side of the window. If you want to find a specific message, use the search form located at the top of the window.
