Step 1
Go to the main page or to your personal Vkontakte page. Log in to the site using your username and password.

On the top row, highlighted in dark blue, find the "communities" section. Click on the section name and go inside.

In the right column titled Community Type, select Group. Additionally, in the same column, it is possible to select a region and a city from the drop-down list.
Step 4
Above you can see two search forms. Enter the group name in the bottom form where it says "Start typing any name, title or word." Click the Search button.
Step 5
A list of groups will appear, with the most numerous at the top. Browse it and find the group you are looking for.

For anonymous search, go to vk.com/communities and follow the steps above.
