On the VKontakte website, everyone can create a group (community) according to their interests. But what if the group you created has lost its relevance or you just gave up on your idea of creating, already in the process? The community can and should be removed.
It is necessary
- -Internet access;
- -registration on the VKontakte website;
- -the presence of the group to be deleted.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the site "VKontakte" on your personal page. To the left of your photo (avatar) is a list of options. Select the option "my groups" and click on it with the left mouse button once. A list of groups in which you are a member will open.
Step 2
Scroll the list with the mouse wheel to find the group you created. Go into it. To do this, click once with the left mouse button on the name or on the group's avatar. In order to delete a group, you need to remove all members from it (preferably), as well as yourself from the list of members.
Step 3
If you wish, you can delete all photos and videos of your group. Go to the list of photo albums (located on the right side under the list of members and group links) and in their list next to each click "delete". Then go to the videos (located in the same place), above the list of videos, click "edit" and sequentially delete each video. Return to the main page of the group. If there is no such desire, go to the next step of the instructions.
Step 4
Under the group's avatar, find the option "group management" and go there by clicking on it with the left mouse button once. The group options have opened, among them select "members". Then open the "leaders" option on the right side and under each avatar of the people present there (if there are other leaders besides you) click "demote the leader".
Step 5
By clicking "all participants", systematically remove each participant by clicking "remove from group" in the list under each avatar. Don't forget to delete yourself.
Step 6
Then go to the "links" option and delete all groups associated with your links. Now your group will be automatically deleted by the system and it is no longer possible to restore it, only if you create it anew.
