Removing the site is advisable when the company has completely changed its type of activity. It should be borne in mind that even after deleting an Internet resource, information about the site may remain in various directories. And the complete physical removal of the portal is not always possible.

Instructions
Step 1
Remove the site from the hosting it is hosted on. Open the toolbar, it will offer an uninstall option. For example, if your site is hosted on Google, click the More Actions drop-down menu, then look for the Manage Site option. Select "General", from this menu you can delete the site. After clicking "Delete this site", confirm your choice. The steps may vary depending on the hosting, but the principle is the same.
Step 2
If you want the site not to appear in search engines, then disable indexing, then remove the URL. To remove it from Yandex, follow the link: https://webmaster.yandex.ru/delurl.xml, enter the link to the site and confirm the action. Things are a little more complicated at Google. First confirm that you are the owner of the site, then in the "Tools" select "Site Configuration", in this menu find the option "Access for Scanner", then click on "Remove URL". Create a delete request, click Continue, then click Remove this page from search results and cache. Send a request and if the indexing has been removed, the site will no longer be displayed in the search. Please note that in both cases, a request is sent, which takes a certain time to be considered, that is, the site will be saved in the cache of search programs for some time.
Step 3
Delete the site domain. This effectively means that the registration will be canceled. To do this, contact the company with which you registered it. Specify the data that will completely coincide with the data specified during registration. Naturally, the money will not be returned back.
Step 4
Note that a complete physical site deletion is often not possible. And also, be careful with this decision - it is far from always advisable. But recovery can be quite a problematic process.
