To configure the distribution of the Internet using your computer or laptop, you can use the standard functions offered by the Windows operating system. To open access, you will need to create a separate connection, and then allow connections to it from other devices.

Step 1
Before distributing the Internet, you need to disable the firewall built into the system. To do this, click on "Start" - "Control Panel" - "System and Security". Select Windows Firewall from the list of suggested options. On the left side of the window, click Turn Firewall on or off. In the list offered in the next window, select "Disable" and save the changes by clicking on the "OK" button.
Step 2
Connect the Wi-Fi adapter to set up data transmission wirelessly. If you're using a laptop for sharing, turn on Wi-Fi. After that, go to the "Network and Sharing Center" using the "Control Panel" of the system or by clicking on the connection icon in the Windows tray.

In the window that appears, click on the "Manage wireless networks" link. Click "Set up a new connection or network". In the list that appears, apply the item "Create a computer-to-computer network", and then click "Next".

Specify a name for the network to be created and the type of user authentication. Set a password that will be used by other devices to access the Internet. Then click "Save this network settings" and go to "Network and Sharing Center" again. After that, click on "Local Area Connection" on the right side of the window that appears.

Click on the "Properties" button and then select the "Access" tab and check the boxes "Allow other users to use the connection" and "Allow users to control the sharing." After that click "OK".

Find the network using another device and apply the Connect option. Enter the security key you specified earlier and press Enter. Setting up your computer to distribute the Internet is now complete.
