Instructions
Step 1
The need to save a part of a page on the Internet for later use arises quite often. For example, if you are writing an essay for a school, or a term paper at an institute. You can work with the clipboard in three ways: using hot keys, using the main program menu and using the context menu.
Step 2
The fastest way - the first one is hotkeys. Open the site you are interested in, select the desired word, sentence or paragraph with the left mouse button (hold down the left button at the beginning of the sentence, "drag" to the end of the sentence and release). If the text does not fit on the screen, you can start selection, then interrupt (select the first part of the desired text), scroll the page to the end, hold down the shift key and click at the end of the text. Then use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + C to copy, switch to an editor (for example, Microsoft Word) and press Ctrl + V. Correctly press the hotkeys like this: hold down Ctrl, then, without releasing it, press the next button (C or V), then both buttons are released.
Step 3
If you are not friends with via the file menu. Select the required text (see step # 1), right-click on it, select the "Copy" item in the context menu. This clause may be worded differently in different browsers. You can paste the text into Word in the same way - right click, select "Paste" from the menu.
Step 4
The third method is the surest, but the longest. After highlighting the desired piece of text, you should go to the main browser menu. In any browser there is a standard "Edit" item, which is what we need. Without removing the selection, click Edit-> Copy. The text has been copied. Switch to Word, it also has a main menu and a similar item "Edit". Click Edit -> Paste.
