Step 1
Spam - mass mailing of advertising offers and informational messages to users who have not expressed a desire to receive them. A spam filter is a program designed to protect users from unwanted mailings. Used to filter posted links and incoming email. Often it is based on a pre-configured spam list, which already contains the addresses of sites and recipients, the receipt of messages from which is undesirable. However, there are times when the program crashes, and the spam filter does not allow the necessary mail to pass, mistaking it for spam. And then the question arises of turning it off.
Step 2
To disable the spam filter, go to your mailbox, select the "Anti-spam" subsection in the "Settings" menu and change the protection level to "Do not filter spam". Or, on the home page, go to the "Tools" menu in the "Spam filter" subsection, select "Disable spam filtering" and click on confirmation. There are also more sophisticated methods if you cannot turn off the spam filter through the Options and Tools menus. If your mailbox supports IMAP, connect to it via The Bat, and all mailbox folders will become available for synchronization. Outlook Express and Gmail have this option, but Gmail IMAP must first be enabled in the settings.

If your mailbox is located on a different domain, then go to the "Domains" section, select the domain name, in the "Mail" section go to "Mail accounts", select the mail address in which you want to disable the spam filter, then go to section "Spam filter" and in it, check the box on "Disable spam filter", confirm your choice.
