The rating on the VKontakte website was a function that gave some privileges or set some restrictions on actions. The rating was provided on the condition that the page was fully filled; it was possible to increase the indicator for a certain fee or using some social network applications.

Step 1
Currently, there is no rating as an additional option on VKontakte. This is confirmed by the FAQ section on the site. This means that now the restrictions related to the rating have been removed. Previously, it was not specified anywhere that the service is permanent. This means that if you spent some amount of money to raise your rating in due time, you should not expect a return of these funds.
Step 2
A deadline with numbers may be displayed under your photo. This is an indicator of page fullness and nothing more. To display the indicator one hundred percent, fill in all the personal informative fields of the account: contacts, age, interests, work, education, military service, places of rest and, of course, your personal photo. It may be that you changed your personal information, corrected or deleted some parameters, the fullness indicator will decrease. To restore it, fill in all the fields again. To preserve the fill rate, do not delete filled lines.
Step 3
An alternative opportunity to use the privileges in the social network was "Voices". Like virtual currency, they are used to make gifts to loved ones and acquaintances, as well as to be able to pay in apps when making purchases of premium items. The meaning of the "Voices" is that their simple accumulation does not give anything. "Voices" need to be spent. Step 4
The VKontakte administration does not offer programs or scripts to receive free Votes. It is possible to use the site applications, as their work is consistent with the software part. Unofficial programs or scripts can contain dangerous commands or viruses.
