Open the ICQ server page https://www.icq.com/password/?icid=nav_pw&lang=ru, specially created for password recovery. Enter in the field the email address or icq number specified when registering an account in the system. In the next active field, enter the characters from the picture. Click "Next"
Step 2
In the next window, you have to fill in the field with the answer to the secret question. Then enter your e-mail again and click the "Finish" button. A window will open with a notification about sending a letter with an active link to your email address.
Step 3
Go to the e-mail box about the address you specified. Open the letter sent by ICQ support with a link to the page for entering a new password. Follow the link and enter a new password, confirm the password in the next field by repeating it. Click the Finish button. Now you get the opportunity to enter the ICQ system with a new password.
