Links provide Internet users with access to a particular resource or file. Links are generated for each document posted on the Internet on any file-sharing or any other resource. You can use various services to publish them for public access.
Instructions
Step 1
After the document is published on the file hosting service, the required link is automatically generated in the browser window and becomes available for copying. Select the necessary addresses and copy them into a separate document on your computer so as not to lose them and be able to insert several fragments at once.
Step 2
Links to the file for other users can be posted on the thematic forum. For example, if you have posted any videos on the network, you can create a video collection on such a resource. To do this, create a topic in the corresponding branch of the interface, and then publish the first message by pasting the necessary links from the previously saved document. After publishing, users will see your message and will be able to download the necessary files by going to the specified addresses from the created topic.
Step 3
You can send the copied links by e-mail. Knowing the email addresses of those people to whom you want to send the necessary data, you can create a mailing list through the interface of your mail service. Log into your email account, select "Create message" or "Write". In the "To" field, specify the addresses of the people to whom you want to send files, and in the body of the message, insert your links to documents, adding notes where these addresses lead, so that the mail service does not automatically assign the "Spam" status to your letter.
Step 4
To create a page that will be categorized by sections, which will include the necessary links, register on a special resource - a website builder. On your own page, you will be able to complete the addresses by sections. For example, you can create an account on the Ucoz or NetHouse constructor.
Step 5
After registration, you will be given the address of your site, where you can post links. Using the elements of the editor interface, create the necessary sections and select a design. Using the appropriate add record text box, insert the links to the required documents into the created categories and save the edited parameters.
Step 6
Tell the address of your resource to people with whom you would like to share links to files. The advantage of this method is that you can independently add or remove unnecessary URLs from the categories and pages of your created site, as well as control the display of design elements.
