Step 1
Open your page on the VKontakte website. Choose where you will use the symbols - when writing a status, posting to a user, or posting on a wall (your page or group).

You can add a symbol to yourself in two ways. First, go to one of the sites that offer different symbols to decorate your page. Go to the site and select the symbol you like. Next, just copy it. To do this, hold down the left mouse button and select the desired icon. Then click on the selected symbol (group of symbols) with the right mouse button once and select the "Copy" option. Then return to the VKontakte site, click on the field where you are going to leave the sign, right-click and select the "Insert" option. The symbol will be in your record.

You can also find symbols on your computer. To do this, go to "Start", then select "All Programs", then "Standard", "Utilities" and finally select "Symbol Table". A small window will open in front of you. In the "Font" column, you can choose a variety of fonts, and each of them will use a different style of characters.
Step 5
Select the symbol you like, click on it once with the left mouse button. After clicking, the sign with the symbol will increase. Then at the bottom of the window, find the "Select" button, click it. Then press the left mouse button once on the "Copy" button. Go to the VKontakte website and right-click in the field where you will write the text. In the window that opens, select the "Insert" option and the selected symbol will appear in your record.
