One of the important points when establishing business relationships with potential clients is sending a commercial offer. In order to send it, we need to know the email address of the person making the decision on the commercial proposal, and the general email address is not suitable, because most commercial offers that fall on it are automatically sent to spam.
Instructions
Step 1
Use the internet first. Enter the name of the company in the search engine and search for it in exhibitors, press releases, and news. You must find out all the contact details of the leaders of this organization. Write down all the information you find. It is also advisable to record events and exhibitions in which the organization participated - this will come in handy when passing the secretarial barrier.
Step 2
Go to the corporate website of the company. Chances are, that in the "contacts" section, you will only find the company's general email inbox. Large companies tend to publish their executive lineup with photos and contact details in a separate section. If you're lucky, this section will be on the site. Write down the contact details and try to contact using the received contact information.
Step 3
Call the company. If you were unable to connect with the person in charge directly, ask for contact information or to be switched. In many organizations there is a so-called "secretarial barrier", and your task is to pass it.
Introduce yourself as a correspondent for a print or online publication; it is also possible with a link to the exhibition at which you met with a representative of the organization. Explain that you accidentally lost your business card and request an e-mail box in order to restore the connection.
